At N.Sefi, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before making your purchase.
Exchange Policy
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
• Eligible jewellery may be exchanged within 7 days from the original date of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by N.Sefi.
• Exchanges are not applicable to piercing jewellery or piercing services.
• The replacement item must be of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
• Piercing jewellery and piercing services are not eligible for exchange or refund for hygiene reasons.
• Custom-made, bespoke, engraved, resized, or personalised jewellery cannot be exchanged.
• Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly. Eligible claims will be assessed by our in-house atelier and handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy. This policy does not apply to piercing jewellery.
