Warranty

18K & 14K Gold Jewellery

All 18K and 14K gold jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Should a manufacturing defect arise during the warranty period, your jewellery will be inspected by our in-house atelier. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Scratches, dents, or surface marks.

• Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, or improper handling.

• Damage resulting from improper storage or exposure to chemicals.

• Lost or stolen jewellery or gemstones.

• Repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by anyone other than N.Sefi.

Titanium Jewellery

Titanium jewellery is not covered under warranty.

Due to its intended use as body jewellery and exposure to daily wear, titanium pieces are not eligible for warranty coverage. However, if you have any concerns regarding your jewellery, our team will be pleased to inspect it and advise on the most suitable solution.

Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims are carefully assessed by our in-house atelier. If the issue is found to be outside the warranty coverage, we will provide a repair quotation before proceeding with any work.
