  • A valid ID may be requested before the appointment
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment
  • Late arrivals may experience waiting time or appointment adjustments if other clients are already scheduled
  • N.Sefi reserves the right to refuse service when necessary
  • No refunds will be provided after the service has been completed
  • Jewellery used for piercing cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons
